Entry Fees, Deadlines, and Cancellation Policy
Deadlines: Registration -15 working days prior to contest
Payment -10 working days prior to contest
Cancellations -10 working days prior to contest
Refunds will NOT be issued after the cancellation deadline. Any team that drops routines after the contest schedule has been sent to participants, will still be responsible for those entry fees unless cancellation has been approved by the contest administrator. No-shows will not receive a refund.
Payments: Purchase orders, school checks, money orders and cashier’s checks will be accepted. Personal/studio checks will not be accepted. Credit card payments will also be available but will incur a processing fee. Full payment must be made prior to the contest date as payments will not be taken at the door.
Late Entries: Late entries must email sarah@showmakerscamps.com and register online to confirm availability of space and will be assessed a $25 late fee for EACH routine entered.
